As AYŞENUR DİNÇER (www.aysenurdincerbutik.com), this Electronic Commercial Message Rules and Information Text has been prepared for the purpose of providing you with information regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages to you and the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data, within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 ("ECL"), the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce ("EComL"), the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL") and the relevant legislation.

The identity information (name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number) you have shared with AYŞENUR DİNÇER will, in the event that you give commercial message consent, be processed by AYŞENUR DİNÇER to be used in marketing communication — limited to the purposes of sending electronic commercial messages through the channels to which you have consented, including WhatsApp, instant/short messages, telephone and e-mail; carrying out activities aimed at customer satisfaction; carrying out marketing analysis work; carrying out advertising, campaign and promotion processes; carrying out the marketing processes of products and services; creating campaigns for customers; offering special opportunities to AYŞENUR DİNÇER customers by AYŞENUR DİNÇER business partners; determining target audiences; carrying out activities that enhance the user experience by tracking customer movements; carrying out direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities; carrying out personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and in-company reporting activities; market research; the planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities; the recommendation and promotion of the products and services offered by AYŞENUR DİNÇER to the relevant persons by customizing them according to the relevant persons' preferences, usage habits and needs; and the planning and execution of customer relationship management processes — including, and in the general sense, the planning and execution of the marketing processes of the products and/or services of AYŞENUR DİNÇER and its affiliates, and the planning and execution of the processes of creating and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by AYŞENUR DİNÇER and its affiliates. This processing will be based on the requirement of commercial electronic message consent pursuant to Article 6 of the EComL, and — limited to the activity of sending electronic commercial messages — on the legal ground of explicit consent pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1 of the PDPL.

You may withdraw your consent regarding the sending of electronic commercial messages at any time.

Your personal data will be used by AYŞENUR DİNÇER, limited to the purposes specified above, either directly or through data processors, and may be shared with our technological infrastructure suppliers.

Pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you have the rights enumerated in Article 11 of the PDPL, and you can access the application methods regarding your rights and requests concerning your processed personal data from the Personal Data Protection Application Form located on AYŞENUR DİNÇER's website.
